How do I recommend some brands/products that I would like to see on your site?

Is the date on my product the expiration date or the manufacturing date?
Most Korean cosmetics sold in our shop use the manufactured date (as is the case with most Korean cosmetics). The key word to look for is “제조”, meaning “manufacture” next to the date. If you don’t see it or you’d like to verify your product’s shelf life, you can always email us at email@example.com.
How can I cancel my order?
To cancel an order, the order must not have already shipped. If you haven’t received an email from us confirming your order has shipped, its not too late to cancel or change your order. Please check your junk mailbox in case the email went there. All cancellations or changes must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org including your email address used to purchase and your order number.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Paypal, and Amazon Payment.
I’m not receiving any emails regarding my order status or subscription.
Sometimes, emails can unintentionally be sent to the junk box. If so, please check your junk mailbox and add email@example.com to your safe sender’s list.
Where is my order shipping from?
We are shipping from Closter, New Jersey.
Is there a sales tax charge on my order?
There is no sales tax charged.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org confirming your order has shipped. The tracking number is listed in that email. You can also find the tracking number by visiting order-tracking page.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship internationally to Canada.
Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or duties and fees mandated by customs (Customs $ value will be annotated as the full value of all products – discounts are not considered in the customs total value).
All international orders are shipped based by weight using USPS First Class International Package with no tracking (approximately 15 Days).
Why hasn’t my tracking number updated?
Sometimes it can take a few days for the tracking number to be updated. Especially if shipping during holiday season or extreme weather. Please let us know at email@example.com if the tracking hasn’t updated in 7 days.
How long will my order take to deliver?
For U.S. Domestic standard shipping, the estimated delivery time is as below. Please keep in mind that business days for delivery excludes fulfillment time and weekends.
- Eastern states: 1-3 business days
- Central states: 2-4 business days
- Western states: 4-6 business days
For International Shipping, delivery time is approximately 15 days.
